We recently built a home and used Tom Patterson as our one stop shop for all of the items the home builder had us independently contract out for. We utilized Patterson for top soil removal, drainage in several areas, running our water and septic lines, and the implementing and subsequent upkeep of our construction drive. After construction was completed Patterson reseeded our lawn and got us grass growing in no time! That was extremely helpful to control mud around the home.
